All products in our store are officially delivered to Ukraine. Most products are provided with an official manufacturer's warranty.
Conditions for returning or replacing goods
In accordance with Article 9 of the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights", goods of proper quality (without defects) can be exchanged or returned within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- the goods have not been in use and do not have any traces of use: scratches, chips, abrasions, traces of disassembly, traces of liquid getting into the product or on the packaging, documentation;
- the appearance of the goods is preserved - all labels, factory marking and packaging are present, the goods are fully completed, packed;
- all documents for the goods are available (instructions, warranty card).

How to return or exchange a product?
You can apply for a return or repair of a product in your personal account on the site. When applying, information about the warranty service terms of the purchased products is indicated. For your convenience, you can track the execution of applications by their status. Or:
- call +38 (093) 049 7078 and inform us about your intention to return the paid goods or send an email to leleka.hammock@gmail.com with the subject line "Return or exchange of goods";
- send us the goods by Nova Poshta.
- inform us of the declaration number of the sent parcel and the bank card number for the return of the cost of the goods to the email address leleka.hammock@gmail.com
- After receiving and further checking the contents of the parcel for compliance with the terms of return of the goods, we will refund your money to your bank card or send another product within three business days.
Carrier services are paid separately at the expense of the Buyer.
Under what conditions can the exchange or return of the goods be refused?
- The goods were used and have traces of use;
- The goods are not fully completed and the integrity of the packaging is broken;
- All labels and factory markings are not preserved;
- 14 days have passed since the date of purchase.
