1. Common conditions
1.1. This Agreement is concluded between the Buyer and the Online Store at the time of ordering.
1.2. The information posted on the Online Store contains the terms of the offer to purchase the goods and is a public offer, the consent is the fact of placing an order for the offered goods.
1.3. Buyer agrees with this Agreement by making order in the Online Store
1.4. Any individual or legal entity that is able to accept and pay for the goods can make a purchase in the online store.
1.5. Persons under the age of 18 may use the Online Store only with the participation of parents or guardians.
2. User information.
2.1. By registering on the website leleka-hammock.com, the Buyer agrees to provide reliable and accurate information about himself/herself and his/her contact details, as well as timely update them on the site.
2.2. Disclosure of confidential data of the Buyer and their transfer to third parties is possible only with the permission of the User, or at the request of the law of Ukraine.
2.3. After completing the registration on the site, the User can change the password of his account, in accordance with the provisions of the Site. The user is solely responsible for storing their account data. In case of unauthorized use of the account or data vulnerability, the User must immediately notify the site administration to further rectify the situation.
2.4. The User agrees to receive e-mail messages from the Site specified during registration.
2.5. The user must not transfer his account for use to third parties, otherwise, the user is fully responsible for the consequences, and is jointly and severally liable with the person who used his account.
3. Information about the goods
3.1. The product is presented in the catalog through photo samples, which are the property of the online store.
3.2. Each photo sample is accompanied by textual information: price and product description.
3.3. The price of the goods specified on the Site may be changed by the Online Store unilaterally.
3.4. In case of changing price of the goods ordered by the Buyer, the manager of the Online Store informs the Buyer at the first opportunity (by phone or by e-mail) to receive confirmation or cancellation of the order. If it is impossible to contact the Buyer, this order is considered canceled.
4. The procedure for purchasing goods
4.1. The order can be placed by the Buyer in the following ways: made by phone, e-mail or placed independently on the Site.
4.2. The buyer of the online store has the right to place an order for any available product presented on the website of the online store.
4.3. In the absence of goods in the warehouse, the Manager of the Online Store is obliged to notify the Buyer (by phone or by e-mail).
4.4. In the absence of the goods the Buyer has the right to replace it with the similar goods, to refuse the given goods, to cancel the order.
4.5. The Buyer has the right to cancel the order at any time before sending it to the Buyer, notifying the Online Store by phone or e-mail.
5. Delivery and transfer of goods to the Buyer
5.1. Delivery of goods purchased in the online store is carried out by courier services.
5.2. Shipping of the ordered goods is carried out within 1-3 working days from the date of confirmation of the order by the Buyer in the presence of goods in a warehouse. If the product is not in stock, the time of manufacture and shipment is 1-8 weeks. Saturday, Sunday and officially recognized holidays of Ukraine are not included in the number of working days.
5.3. The Buyer is obliged to reconcile upon receipt of the ordered goods by quantity, quality, range and completeness of the goods.
5.4. The buyer is not obliged to reimburse the costs of the online store associated with the delivery of the order, if in the process of acceptance of the goods it turns out that the delivered goods are of improper quality, quantity, range or completeness.
5.5. If the Buyer refuses the order at the time of delivery, the Buyer pays the costs of the online store for delivery of the order.
6. Payment of the order
6.1. The order made in the online store is paid by the Buyer by transferring cash by courier service.
6.2. Payment for the order by cashless payment must be made by the Buyer by 100% advance transfer of funds to the current account of the Online Store within three working days from the date of order confirmation.
6.3. If no funds are received, the online store reserves the right to cancel the order.
7. Procedure for returning goods of proper quality
7.1. The buyer has the right to refuse the delivered goods at the time of receipt by courier delivery.
7.2. Return of the goods to the online store is possible if its appearance, consumer properties, original factory packaging are preserved.
7.3. Return of goods to the Online Store is made at the expense of the Buyer to the Seller on working days from 10-00 to 18-00.
7.4. When the Buyer returns the goods of proper quality, the Online Store returns to him the amount paid for the goods upon return of the goods less compensation for the costs of the store related to the delivery of goods to the Buyer and commissions for the transfer of funds.
8. Warranty service
8.1. The goods purchased in our online store have a warranty period. If a hidden defect is found in the goods, the Buyer has the right to: free elimination of defects, or a corresponding reduction in the purchase price, or replacement with a similar model, or any other with a corresponding transfer of the purchase price, or return the goods and receive money for it , in the manner prescribed by the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection".
8.2. Claims for the goods are considered within 14 days of receipt.
9. Other
9.1. The online store reserves the right to expand and reduce the product offer on the Site, regulate access to the purchase of any goods, as well as suspend or terminate the sale of any goods at its discretion.
9.2. Changes to this Agreement may be made by the Seller at any time. The agreement is valid from the date of publication on the site. By completing the registration / order form, the Buyer agrees to this Agreement.
9.3. This Agreement shall be construed as published on the Site and shall be applied and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
